    Les plaquettes sont marquées par immunofluorescence indirecte sans lavage avec des anticorps monoclonaux (AcMx) spécifiques et analysées par cytométrie de flux quantitative. Le niveau d'expression de l'antigène mesuré est déterminé à l'aide des billes de calibration. Ce protocole s'applique pour des AcMx de souris purifiés, d'isotypes IgG1, IgG2a et IgG2b.
